1. User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use GHVENDORS lawfully and respectfully.
2. Vendor terms
Vendors must list only authorized products, fulfill orders accurately, and comply with applicable regulations.
3. Rider terms
Riders must hold valid identification, accept assigned deliveries in good faith, and uphold safety standards on the road.
4. Payment terms
All payments processed on GHVENDORS are encrypted. Service fees and applicable taxes will be clearly disclosed at checkout.
5. Delivery policies
Estimated delivery windows are provided in good faith. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather or vendor availability.
6. Refund policies
Refunds are issued in line with vendor policies and consumer-protection law. Disputes may be raised within 7 days.
7. Platform usage rules
Misuse — including fraud, harassment or abuse — may result in suspension or termination of your account.
